CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellation or rescheduling of confirmed works should be communicated to NGIS as early as possible. Any cancellation charges will be agreed on a case-by-case basis depending on notice given and preparations already made.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate site information, relevant risk information, and safe site access to enable NGIS to carry out work safely and in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations. NGIS operatives will follow standard safe working practices and any site-specific rules communicated in advance.

 

LIABILITY

 

NGIS will carry out services with reasonable skill and care. NGIS does not accept liability for delays, damages or losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including inaccurate information provided by the client or unsafe site conditions not disclosed in advance.
